Grace Pinegar first left her south Houston suburb in pursuit of a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Missouri. Upon graduation, she moved to Chicago to complete the Conservatory Program at The Second City Training Center. While there, she worked at prominent tech startup G2, starting on the research team and working her way up to senior content marketing specialist.
After graduating the Conservatory, she moved to NYC in March of 2019. During the nationwide shutdown, she focused on expression through storytelling, stand-up comedy, and Tiktok.
Professionally, she moved into executive coaching, bringing training and empowerment to professionals worldwide with celebrated executive coaching company The Fast Forward Group.
She has since returned to her roots in Austin, TX, where she is represented by Acclaim Talent and works as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Merlin Works Institute for Improv, marrying her career in marketing with her passion for performance.
She is an active writer and performer in Fallout Theater’s sketch comedy group, “As If,” and is in pre-production for a short film she wrote independently.
Pinegar is a creative mind with an interest in people, performance, and storytelling and is actively searching for opportunities to act, write, assistant direct, direct, or just sort of be around whatever fun, creative projects will have her.
She is also available for hire in a content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, operations and logistics, or administrative capacity. I know - what CAN’T she do!?
